Question: Hello this is for dr Sharka I am back I just recently had a stress echo done and the cardiologist said that I had a few pvc and still trace mitral regurgitate tricuspid today I had a busy and very emotional day I climbed up later and stuff my question is now my upper to mid inner sturnum hurts the pain comes and goes without me touching it should I be concerned about a cardiac event ? My blood pressure is low normal and oxygen is 96-97

I don't think that it is related to the heart, considering all your recent cardiac tests and the fact that your vital parameters are within the normal ranges, there is no shortness of breath or other symptoms.
So, try to relax and don't worry about it!
I would advise taking a tablet of Omeprazole and a tablet of Acetaminophen and see if they help improve your situation.
