Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!

Based on your description, I don't think that this is cardiac related. I think that your symptoms could be related to the upset stomach, maybe indigestion. Costochondritis could also play an important role in this pain, especially if the pain is triggered by manual pressure on the chest.

For this reason, I recommend taking a PPI (omeprazole , pantoprazole), coupled with acetaminophen for the pain.

But, there is no reason to panic about the heart!

Hope to have been helpful to you!

Please let me know about everything!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. Iliri

Unfortunately I can’t see any attachments to this question. Please try to upload again!

The left shoulder pain could be fibromyalgia. The chest pain seems to be costochondritis and fibromyalgia.
As your vital parameters are normal, there is no reason to panic about your heart!

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I read carefully your test reports and I am glad to confirm that myocardial ischemia has been completely excluded as your tests are perfectly normal.

So, I am sure that the chest pain and arm pain are not related to the heart.

Fibromyalgia , costochondritis and acid reflux are the main causes underlying your complaints.

There is no reason to panic!

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. Iliri
