Question: Hello , so about 2 days ago i noticed a small small bump on penis near bottom. I popped it and puss came out, so I thought it was just a pimple. It is a bit larger now, oozes out puss, a little blood and liquid as well. Only masturbated 3 days ago or so, a bit concerned what it may be. It's not painful, id say about a 2 out of 10 on pain when pressure is on it.

Color of it is same as my skin. I do tend to get cyst often but on face. Please help.

I should also add, I have what seems to be very similar on the scrotum. One thats been there and recurring for at least 3 yrs thats flattened out.

And 2 others in the photo attached.
They don't seem to go away.

Brief Answer:
Epidermoid cyst, topical antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Ask A Doctor service...

I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.

It seems to be a tiny epidermoid cyst.
I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like fusidic acid cream on the affected area twice daily for 8-10 days.

This should resolve it.

Regards
Dr. Asmeet

I have hydrocortisone , benzoyl peroxide and wipes too would that help?

I looks like I had a very slight abrasion too that came about too. It was white , that I scrapped off, and now it's just small, slight bump and a bit red.

I know you can't tell exactly but your best guess would be great.

Thank you
Will use antibiotic s and cleans daily

Brief Answer:
Welcome

Detailed Answer:
It could be either due to the associated with masturbation or due to mild folliculitis.
Start with topical antibiotics and it will improve.
