Hello, Since September, I Have Dealt With Neck Pain In

Question: Hello, since September, I have dealt with neck pain in my left SCM (been to several doctors and got blood work done which has all come back great). I have poor posture and have been referred to a PT for tight neck muscles.

However, for 6 days straight I have had a constant headache mostly around my eyes/forehead/top of head that has not gone away with over the counter medicine. Day 6 it has finally gone away but I rarely get headaches and if I do they last a few hours after taking over the counter medication.

During my headache, I developed very very mild forehead tingling and in-between my eyes tingling which has not gone away and now I have developed minor eye twitching in my right eye (very very mild again).

I recently got new glasses and wondering if it could be that. I am just wondering what your thoughts are. Thank you!

Brief Answer:
Tingling due to many reasons

Detailed Answer:
Tingling in the forehead and around the eyes may result from a variety of reasons. They may include eyesight related issue, vitamin deficiency, stress, poor quality of sleep and at times prolonged screentime. Please do regular physical exercise, take proper sleep, avoid prolonged screentime and get your eye check up done.

So you wouldn’t think it was anything extreme like a CT brain to rule out a brain tumor or anything? Lol. I never get headaches so I panicked but as you mentioned, it could be anything.

Brief Answer:
No signs of brain tumor

Detailed Answer:
Though the symptoms do not point towards brain tumor, MRI BRAIN may be done as it doesn't carry any radiation exposure. Please avoid getting a CT scan done. Take care.

Hi, I forgot to respond a couple weeks again and figured I would open this up again if it continued.

I have had zero headache since we last spoke or any other noticable symptoms besides very, very mild tingling in between my eyes, the tip of my nose and a little bit in my forehead (not at the same time, just randomly) but it is constant.

I notice it is a lot more noticable when I am laying down thinking about it, but I have noticed it a few more times while I am out with friends. Any suggestions? I've googled and it said "brain tumor" and that makes me very, very nervous.Lol

Brief Answer:
No signs of brain tumor

Detailed Answer:
The symptoms do not suggest any brain tumor. The fact that you get alright when you are busy, points towards it being related to some form of stress or overthinking. Please do meditation for some time in a day. Take care.

If you don't mind me asking- what can cause mild facial tingling besides anxiety? Could tight muscles? Thank you for the help!
