Question: Hello quick question I suffer from ibs and occasionally gastritis… my question is tiday I had cereal and milk for breakfast and an hour later I started to have pain almost like upset stomach pain I have attached a picture I have taken a Pepcid and I have had this before I am scheduled for a endoscopy at the end of May is there anything I can do to help this ! I also put a hit water bottle there are no other symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for query,
You can take 2 tablets of pepcid 20 mg.
In case of severe gastritis pepcid 40 mg two times a day cab be taken.
Drink plenty of water.
Avoid cofee or cola.
Eat light food.
Tou can drink cold milk.
If prescription drugs are available then let me know.
In that case things could be added with Pepcid.
