Brief Answer:
Swollen lymph nodes may signify infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
Swollen lymph nodes on sides of neck may signify an infection possible a throat infection, ear infection or teeth infection.
You said she doesn't have throat infection or pain but how about any teeth issue or ear pain.
The lymph nodes shrink after infection is gone but may remain bigger than normal for some time after infection is gone.
Check her body temperature for fever because elevated body temperature may cause the headache she has.
Doing a complete blood count with formula may be needed.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
You can give her Advil.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
Of course a regular ear infection can give swollen lymph nodes.
You can give her two Advil gels of 200 mg each for headache and inflammation.
Advil will not help the lymph nodes to shrink.
Keep her on observations if she develops fever or other symptoms of infection such ear pain or throat pain.
