Question: Hello i am a 26 yo male. Lately I have had weird pain in my upper right quadrant. Feels like it is in my lung too. I was taking kratom quite a lot. Today i had very little solid white stool. The rest of the stool has been light brown and fairly normal. I am also finding that i have to urinate quite a bit, but am drinking a lot of caffeine. No other issues to report. What should I do?

Have seen your details and I appreciate your concerns,
I would suggest you to go for the following tests-
Urine Routine and microscopy( to rule out urinary tract infection or inflammation).
Stool routine and microscopy- to rule out Stool infection(concidering the color of stools).
An ultrasound of Abdomen( to rule out liver inflammation or urinary tract infection/Stones.
ESR-A marker of infection.
Complete blood count.
Till then take Prozac.
Revert back with Reports.
