Question: Hello, have a sharp pain in head when I cough or sneeze. I have visited my gp. He did some sensory tests on me, everything was fine...
He has put it down to a virus??
Would you agree with this?

I read your query and here is my advice.

I agree with this. Virosis or flu usually causes headache. The fact that you have been sneezing and coughing it can be a viral respiratory infection .
Also sinusitis or inflammation of nasal sinuses can cause the headache mainly while sneezing or coughing.
Taking anti-inflammatory drugs such acetaminophen or ibuprofen can be helpful.
You may feel better in 3 to 5 days.
