Hello Doctor This Is The Blood Report Of My 2

Question: Hello doctor this is the blood report of my 2 and half year old child is it in normal range or it seems neutrophil is low and lymphocytes are way to high?

Isn't his lymphocytes counts are elevated?or it's normal for his age?

The leucocyte count is normal for age. In children it is normal to be higher as compared to adults.

Day before yesterday I found this mark on his back.
It's not swollen and I don't remember him hurting.
Is it something concerning?

Is this a sign something serious like leukemia? sorry I got severe anxiety...and unexplained bruises makes me worry but it doesn't look like the normal purple bruises it's looking big in pics but it's small and brown in color.
I hope it's not concerning.
