Question: Hello,

My name is Mrs. XXXXXXX Age- 21, Gender- Female. This incident happened on 23 November 2020

My husband fingered my pussy and it's bleeding for a few 2 days and after the bleeding off now my pussy is releasing water with white discharge. There had a small itching problem and a little swelling of my pussy but it looks negligible to me. Please help me out with your precious time. Is it any big problem sir? Please suggest me some medication if needed. I'm cleaning my pussy all the time with hot water and detol.

Thanks In advance

Brief Answer:
Candidal vulvovaginitis is a possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

You could be having candidal vulvovaginitis which presents as itching and a white curdy discharge. I suggest you to take an Oral antifungal e.g fluconazole 150mg tablet once a day or 3 days. Oral fluconazole is a prescription medication. In addition I suggest you to keep clotrimazole vaginal pessary every night for 6 nights. Don't use dettol or soaps as it might cause further irritation

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Thank you so much for your reply. One more, today night my pussy release so much water with white material it wet my bed also.

Okay, I will take Oral antifungal e.g fluconazole 150mg tablet once a day for 3 days.

But I didn't understand what does mean by "clotrimazole vaginal pessary every night for 6 nights". Could you please specify this, Is it an ointment or a cream? If please mention that appropriately. If you think it needed for this problem I will use it.

Thanks!

Brief Answer:
Regarding candidal vulvovaginitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Clotrimazole vaginal pessary is to be inserted inside the vagina every night. It is a locally acting antifungal. It is a tablet but it is not to be taken orally. It has to be kept in contact with the vaginal lining mucosa.
Take care
