Hello, My Mother Already Has Osteoporosis And A Fatty Liver

My mother already has osteoporosis and a fatty liver, and high blood pressure. She's 68. She's under control having regular blood tests.
Her recent Serum immunofixation test says on the basis of polyclonal increase, lgG kappa monoclonal gammopathy has been observed and there is suspicious view of lgA and Lambda. I have attached the image. https://www.hizliresim.com/2t9djy9
