Question: Hello, It has been 14 months since my first delivery through C Section. My lower abdomen is still bulged and I feel my stomach has been hard since my Csection operation. And I have even heard about a condition called as diastasis recti. Not sure what the condition yes and how I can reduce the bulge and get rid of the hardness i feel in my abdomen
