Question: Hello, I’m a 30 y/o XXXXXXX male (1 partner currently who doesn’t have any STDs, unknown about past partners) seeking advice on a potential STD outbreak or ingrown hairs in the genital area. Around 3 weeks ago, I found one of these growths at the end of the shaft. Around this week, as you can tell from the picture, a few more have popped up around that genital area. Yesterday, while shaving the area in the shower, it looks like 2 of the growths popped open with some blood coming out. I haven’t had pain or itchiness or other symptoms.

They seem to be either Genital warts or Genital Molluscum.Contagiosum. Genital warts are cauliflower like growths with irregular surface whereas genital molluscum are pearly white with a smooth surface. I request you to kindly upload a few more images of the skin lesions so that I am able to have a better understanding.

yes, those are genital warts/ condyloma acuminatum. Cryotherapy or Freezing is quite effective for genital warts as is Cautery with a Cautery machine.
