Brief Answer:
See details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the test results you uploaded and most of them are normal.
What is abnormal is an increased globulin level and low albumin level. This may show in infection, inflammation, rheumatologic issues or even some types of cancer .
You can tell me if you are having other symptoms related to it . Also you may need to do plasma proteins electrophoresis.
You are having low vitamin D levels which can be adjusted by taking vitamin D. Also you are having slightly low haemoglobin .
The increased ESR may show a rheumatologic illnes .

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello Doctor,

Thanks for the detailed response. I do have rheumatologic issues but with no symptoms. So I was advised by the Rheumatololy expert to take HCQS until I conceive and goes on till delivery as I'm planning to start a family. Apart from that he advised nothing concerning as such. I'm attaching the reports I got from the two Rheumatology Experts done.

Please let me know if I'm still advised to do any additional tests.

Brief Answer:
No further tests needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear thank you for asking again.
I think you don't need to do further tests since you have done all immunofluorescence tests and you have found the increased patterns.
I think you should follow your immunologist advices.
No further tests needed.
