Question: Hello,

I have been taking Adderall for my ADHD for years now. It has worked wonders for me. However, it gives me horrible breath that i cannot seem to get rid of. No matter how much i brush or chew gum, it still always smells bad. Any advice to remedy this?

Thank you!

Brief Answer:
Go for scaling and use mouthwash

Detailed Answer:
hi there,

thanks for writing in.

Bad breath can be due to poor oral hygiene or some gastric problems. You need to get scaling done to get rid of bad breath and if problem still persists then contact your physician and inform him about gastric problem. In the meantime, you may use 0.2% chlorhexidine mouthwash 10 ml once daily half an hour after brushing.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks
Kind Regards
