Question: Hello, I have a question for your recently there was urine leakage (milky-like substance) from my penis tip. Now, I had protective sex from my last partner with a condom. I don't have any other symptoms, however, I had lower back pains before. My doctor prescribed muscle relaxers for back and its been doing well since. I'm just curious to know what's the substance from my penis.

I can see urethral discharge from the penis tip. Need to consider STD e.g either Gonococcal and/or Non Gonococcal urethritis. I would suggest empirical treatment with Azithromycin 1 mg tablet (single dose) and Cefixime 400mg tab( single dose). The diagnosis can be confirmed with a urine spot test for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia.
