Hello. I Have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome And Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.

Question: Hello. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. My conditions were manageable. I have been going for short walks regularly and have been fine. But recently I did 5 mins on an exercise bike. I have not been the same since. This was 4 days ago. I have not recovered my energy and seem to be getting worse not better even though I'm resting. What is your opinion on why this has caused me to worsen? Do you have any advice on what I should do? Thank you.

Your condition is gradually progressing.
With age, fatigue may increase.
Best option is to start physiotherapy, to decrease the speed of progression.
