Hi XXXXXXX Thanks for your reply.I never had any unprotected Sex recently and i always use condoms. I don't have any urinary problem .I has this issue on July 2016 for the first time after having the protected sex and I've consult with doctor online and he recommended me to take clotrimazole and after a week it disappear. I use to get this infection whenever i touch myself(Masturbate)continuously one time a day for four days i use to get this issue .I treat them with Coconut oil and clotrimazole and it disappears again. This issue is ON and OFF . Am really worried is this any type of STD. Please need your advice to fix this completely

XXXXXXX ! what will be the permanent solution for this issue ? sometime i do see the some cracks on my tip of penis whenever am having this issue. Can you please explain me why and how its causing this issue. what would be the proper medication to avoid this completely ? is that is any type of STD ?
