Hi there

Thanks for the query

You have pinched nerve due to slip disc in neck.

Use a moderately thick firm pillow to tilt your head back. Apply warm packs to the painful region. Avoid bending neck forwards and carrying any weights on the shoulders.

Take pain killers and Pregabalin 75mg at night. It will help.

Physiotherapy is a must to get good relief.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
