Question: Hello Dr. This is XXXXXXX Bhasmare and I have question for my Father who currently suffering from acidity frequently..sometime even he drinking the water..last 2 weeks back I had concerned to our area specialist dr and it was works for few days but after that he is suffering the same issue. plese help me with Good medication for the same.

I'd suggest you get him checked up by an Internal Medicine specialist for a thorough clinical evaluation...there may be some further investigations required based on the findings...
In the interim, medicine combinations like PANTOPRAZOLE/DOMPERIDONE (40/30)mg once daily on an empty stomach (before breakfast) can be tried for about a week.
If he takes too many caffeine/caffeinated energy drinks, please avoid as they are quite notorious for causing this, please stop them altogether...Avoid smoking/alcohol also (if at all do)...
Have simple home-made foods, toasts, organic preparations, home-made vegetable soups, salads; avoid fast/processed foods, avoid refined sugar/sugary products.
