Question: Hello Doctors, My mother is feeling unwell since yesterday with symptoms of body pain, cold, feverish but no fever when checked with bear hands, feels like fainted, can you advise some medicine which I can buy locally

I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
Actually these symptoms could be due to acute viral illness.
Now this acute viral illness may be covid-19 or usual common flu, but as the patient is of old days you should not take any kind of risk.
I suggest you to get some blood investigations done.
CBC
CRP
Chest xray PA view.
For now you can give her tablet Paracetamol 650 milligram whenever required and some vitamin syrup like polybion 15ml three times daily.
Hospitalization in case of any emergency.
