Question: Hello Doctor, I have twins (Girls) and they are 4.3 yrs old. One of them hurt her eye while playing. I have attached picture. Please let me know how to take care of the wound?

This looks like a innocuous self limiting sub conjunctival hemorrhage.

Usually it will take1 to 3 weeks to completely get absorbed by itself and it does not require any special care at all.

We need only worry when the back portion of such hemorrhage is not visible.

This is not the case here.
