Detailed Answer:
Hii. If you are having itching and ash then it's probable that you had allergic reaction to some particular particle. So you need to visit an Ent surgeon. if you having allergic symptoms like sneezing, watering from nose then start saline nasal spray which will clear the mucus. Take antiallergic tablet levocetrizine which will decrease the itching. Visit a dermatogist also. It can be urticaria or eczema, may be scabies, may be any fungal infection. You can do a skin allergen test to know the types of particles against which you are allergic. Try to avoid those particles So continue the spray XXXXXXX tablet and consult a dermatogist. Review if you have any queries.

Brief Answer:
Hii. Please consult a Dermatologist. Don't take steroids without consulting

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Since there are no other systemic symptoms, I agree with your primary care physician. A dermatologist is necessary in this case. I will urge you not to take prednisolone until you visit a dermatologist.

Regards
