Brief Answer:
Regarding genital HPV infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

Genital warts are usually transmitted through sex with an infected partner. I don't think a wet tissue could lead to genital warts. Genital warts is an infection caused by Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) and most of those infected are able to clear off the infection within 2 years of infection. There is no problem with having kids, however, there is a risk of partner transmission of HPV.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
