Brief Answer:
Yes, you should take Iron, Vitamin D3 supplements and reduce rice

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I have gone through your reports.

Yes, you should take Iron and Vitamin-D3 as both are low and you must reduce rice intake and increase physical activity to get your blood sugar levels under control.

Your HbA1C is 6.1 which indicates that you are very likely to develop diabetes, so please discuss with your treating physician and proceed accordingly.

Hope that answers your query.

Best wishes

Thank you Doctor.
Is CIPCAL 500 (Calcium and Vitamin D3 tablet) safe to have? If not, could you please prescribe me a Vitamin-D3 tablet and the frequency of the same?

Additionally, is Ener C-1000 safe to have for vitamin C ?

Please suggest me a medicine for Iron as well.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
CIPCAL is good, C-1000 not required, take A to Z Tablets instead

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Cipcal 500 is good for both Vitamin D3 and Calcium, you don't need high doses of Vitamin C so I would suggest Tablet A to Z, once a day for 3 months.

For iron, you can take Ferose Syrup 5 ml once a day for 6 months.

Hope that helps.
