Brief Answer:
You should get tested for some STD.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in"Ask a Doctor".
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice .

Based on your history, if you have had unprotected sexual intercourse you should get tested for some STD: chlamydia, gonorrhea, HSV 2 IgG, RPR-VDRL and TPHA( syphilis), and 4th generation HIV test.

Hope I have answered your query.
Feel free to ask me further.

Brief Answer:
There is no risk for HIV and some STD.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in"Ask a Doctor".
I am sorry for my late response.

Based on your history, having protected sexual intercourse you should know that there is no risk for HIV and some STD.
The only risk in this situation exist if your sexual partner has had skin lesion (lesion of syphilis or HSV2) during the time of sexual intercourse.
Usually everybody could have present HSV 1 infection but not HSV2 and we suggest to do the test if the patient has symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query.

Brief Answer:
It is a good news that you have negative results .

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is a good news that you have negative results for HIV , RPR, Hep B and C, HSV1 and 2 after 5 months.
Please don't worry you don't need to test again after 6 months because these results are very accurate and conclusive even after 5 months from exposure.

Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
