Question: Hello

31 yo AA Male, 250 lbs and 5'10

So today midday I checked my pressure and they were 121/81 and 179/79 like midday. Just now I check my pressure after eating. and the pressure was 148/85. This is not the first episode where I feed a bounding pulsation through out my body after eating. I do have Hx of asthma and I have no allergies. famHx is insignificant. whats happening to mw

I read your query and I understand your concern.

But in order to say that someone has high blood pressure you need to measure it for some time, while you are far away from meals, relaxed, 15 min sat down, no smoking, not talking at that moment. I would recommend to measure it morning and evening. Record everything for 1-2 weeks and let me see the results. I will be happy to advice.

In your age though I do not expect a high blood pressure to be worried about. Anyway your lifestyle it is important. So if in any case, even if your blood pressure will need to be treated, you should first start for 3 months a lifestyle where you can loose some weight, and start exercising daily. This is primarily and very important.
