Brief Answer: Your BMI is 24.82 Detailed Answer: Hello XXXXXXX Thanks for your query. BMI or Body Mass Index is calculated by using the formula: BMI = [(weight in lbs)/(height in inches)2]* 703 In your post you have mentioned your weight as 178 lbs & height as 5 feet 11 inches, that is 71 inches. So, your BMI can be calculated as 24.82 lbs/sq inch. The normal BMI ranges from 18.5 to 24.9 Thus, your BMI is within normal range. Hope I have been able to answer your query. Wishing you a Healthy life. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer them. Take care.

Brief Answer: Kindly view the details Detailed Answer: Hello XXXXXXX Thanks for your follow up query. 1. Body fat percentage is calculated by taking into account age, height, weight, gender and waist measurement. So, for calculation of your body fat percentage we need to have the values of your waist measurement. Kindly provide the value. 2. According to the guidelines of World Health Organisation, for men between the age of 60-79, the healthy body fat percentage range is between 13-25%. 3. In absence of any organic cause in the penis, there should be no difficulty in sexual intercourse at your age. If you experience difficulty, it will be better to rule out causes like high blood pressure, blood sugar and other local causes that impair blood flow to the genital organ. 4. Studies have shown that about 60-70% of male aged 70-78 years do not have erectile dysfunction & can have sex without Viagra. 5. Our body weight consists of lean body mass and body fat. Body fat percentage is simply the percentage of fat that your body contains. 14 % body fat means that 14% of your body weight that is 24.92 lbs consists of fat & it is within normal range as I have mentioned above. Wishing you a Good Health. Please let me know if I need to clarify further. Take care.

Brief Answer: Kindly view the details Detailed Answer: Hello XXXXXXX Thanks for your follow up query. A. Symptoms of balance problem & shortness of breath on bending down could be suggestive of: 1. Sudden fall in blood pressure due to an underlying heart disorder. Since your angiogram is normal, presence of heart disease can be ruled out. 2. Any dysfunction in the Vestibular apparatus in inner ear (it maintains the posture & body balance) in inner ear. So, it will be better to consult an ENT specialist & get a proper clinical examination done, including Vestibular function tests. B. Life expectancy of a person depends on a number of factors like present status of health, past history, family history of health problems, occupation, diet, exercise, etc. You can discuss regarding this matter with your Family Physician. Given the fact that you are having an active daily routine, with BMI, angiogram & blood tests within normal limits, you are going to live a long & healthy life ahead. Take care.
