Thanks for writing again.
I have seen the reports attached.
The 320 CT scan report suggests that the stent which was put in 2004 is well patent. The artery distal (after)to it shows deposits and shows mild stenosis.
Right Coronary Artery shows an 80% blockage. This needs to be taken care of.
There is evidence of an old infarct in anterior septal wall of heart.
Rest of the arteries show a diffuse disease and mild deposits are seen.
Most of the blood is flowing through right sided arterial system.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Dear Sir,

In this case What should I do for my fathers health, let again he has to go for CABG or for Angioplasty surgery.

give me an reply on this

Answered by Dr. Praveen Tayal 9 minutes later
For an 80% stenosis, angioplasty is recommended. Otherwise in next few years this might progress to a 100% blockage and he may suffer a major heart attack then.
Recanalization of this artery is the best way to increase his life.
Take care.
