Hello, XXXXXXX,
I am not quite sure if you are experiencing indigestion or
heartburn symptoms or pains in the stomach after you eat.
From what I can gather from your information, may be
different types of foods bother you somehow.
I can think about your stomach being very sensitive to acid.
What I suggest, for one week write down everything you eat
and drink. Make a list. At the end of the day write down how
you felt that day.
After a week take a look at this diary and see if there is a
common factor that is giving you trouble.
Mostly, very spicy foods, tomato based sauces, dairy products
can cause more acidity. You may also have lactose intolerance.
You can be tested for that through a simple breath test that
a good laboratory can do.
Make sure you eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and whole
grain cereal to keep enough fiber intake. Drink at least 5-6 glasses
of water daily. Regular excercise like walking briskly three times a
week, all these will help regulate your system.
Wish you well.
