Having Diabetes. Done With Sugar Test. Suggest Medication To Control The Levels?

Question: Dear Sir,
i am Diabetic and have done test day before yesterday and the report shows that Fasting 114 and PP is 238 so what is the necessary step to take to control both the readings.

Age 30yrs.

As per your records, you have high post meals and marginally high fasting. You need to take control of diet and plan exercise 45 minutes daily. If that is already in your schedule, it is better increase obimet 500mg to twice a day i.e. after breakfast and after dinner. Discuss with your treating doctor.

In addition check your blood sugars again after a week and let us know.
