Question: Having cronic cough, inflammation of the lungs, bloody mucus, coughing up blood, and nose bleeds. Also weezing, chest congestion and feel like asthma at times

By your history and description, possibility of bronchitis or lung infection is more likely.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
Chest x ray is needed to rule out lung infection.
PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
You may need antibiotics and inhaled bronchodilators.

Is there anything I can do or any over the counter meds I can take to ease up the coughing? The coughing is the biggest problem?
