Brief Answer:
Can get it excised surgically

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome here,

A boil will takes its time to make a head and rupture. You can speed the process by applying hot compresses 2-3 times daily until it ruptures by itself. Don't squeeze the boil or its infection can spread. If the infection is sprading then you may need an antibiotic like Cephalexin .
Once the pus has oozed out, you can wash it with betadine and normal saline. After washing you can apply a bandaid that needs to be changes regularly.
If this doesnot help, then surgeon can excise it.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
