Question
My face is califlower and my pores are wide open. I have thick white cream behind my ears in pimples and creamy fluid in pimples in my face which both smell bad. It has been 6 months and I haven't changed my diet since I was 18 and I'm 33. What can I take because no face scrub works.

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
You are suffering from pustular acne.
You might require treatment with a combination of retinoids and antibiotics.
Please upload a photograph of your face showing the maximum lesions.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and I can suggest the best treatment for you.
You have a feature km upload the photograph on right side of query page.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.

Hello,
Thanks for the follow up
I can seen there are many pores on your face.
You need treatment with tretinoin cream.
This will regularise the cell turn over and help in healing acne.
For scars you need treatment with dermaroller.
This will help in removing scars.

You will need to XXXXXXX a dermatologist for this.
Dont worry this treatment gives very good results.

Let me know if you have any doubts.

Thank you
