Brief Answer:
Topical steroid and Oral antihistamine

Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you.
I have reviewed the Images

I can see eczematous rashes in these images.

I suggest you to use a topical poent steroid cream e.g Tenovate cream (clobetasol propionate 0.05%), twice daily.
In addition I also suggest you to take a tablet of oral antihistamine e.g levocetrizine 10 mg (Teczine ) once daily in evening.

Brief Answer:
cream is safe

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

It is safe to apply cream during breast feeding. However, instead of levocetrizine (teczine) you may take Tab polaramine 2mg, twice daily. This tablet is safe to take in pregnancy as well as in breast feeding mothers.
