Question: Have been getting itchy bumps and rashes over whole body since last 4 months on and off. They subside after some time or if I take an anti allergic. Please guide

Hello Dr. I am a 36 years, female. The rashes stay for few mins and usually occur during the night only. Have taken tab Cetirizine. Have Not used any new body lotion
