Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If hands are getting numb, it could be sign of peripheral neuropathy. You can get a X ray or MRI of spine to check the problem. Do you have any medical condition like diabetes, etc? Are you taking any medicines? If you have any recent test reports, please upload for my review.
Meanwhile take tab neurobion plus twice a day for atleast 6 months.

Speaking of numbness for a couple years I did have numbness on my littler finger if I sleep with my head on hand That numbness generally goes away within few seconds after waking up

But recently I started noticing sleeping or lying down on a normal position if chest up I am getting very slight numbness on both my hands generally in fingers

This is the detailed version of my observation

Thanks again for your time

Kind regards

Brief Answer:
Orthopedic consultation needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

There seems to be a nerve getting pinched. Avoid any postures or exercises that make it worse and see orthopedic surgeon for confirmation of diagnosis. Neurobion plus is a multivitamin so no side effects or corelation with tests.
