Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Mild fatty liver changes will not cause pain in abdomen for sure.
Please post actual reports in JPEG format attached to this query so that I can assist you better.
Also give details about pain in abdomen :
Where exactly is the pain?
Any bloating/increase in abdominal girth due to gases?
Nausea?
Vomiting?
Are stools/motion hard or soft or constipated?
Any urinary complaints?
Please give all details.

Brief Answer:
Repeat Liver function tests with GGT also.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the attachments.
- The Ultrasound shows only mild fatty changes in liver. This is quite common
report now-a-days.
- The lipid profile is showing just above normal range of total Cholesterol,
hence nothing to worry about.
- Liver function tests:
Bilirubin is normal.
SGOT and SGPT are liver enzymes and above normal limits. There are many causes like mild hepatitis, some medicines that can increase the enzymes levels. Since Bilirubin is normal, Alkaline Phosphatase are normal, it is difficult to pinpoint the cause.

I would advise you the following in such a situation:
- Repeat the liver function tests and also get GGT done. Post the report.
- Increase physical exercises and avoid oily foods. This will help to control the Cholesterol part.
- Please let me know if you are taking any medicines.
