Got hit on wrist, unable to move. How to fix this?

i hurt my wrist at work somehow and i cant bend it backwards. it hurts really bad what should i do?

If your wrist is swollen, painful or you are unable to flex it freely, there is a risk of fracture or dislocation of your wrist. And it seems that you wont be able to deal with it at home. That is why I suggest you to visit your doctor and have an X-ray of your wrist performed.
In case of fracture or dislocation, splint will be necessary.
