Brief Answer:
Need details about your symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

This could be due to cystitis operation or could be due to hormonal issues or infection after D&C. Why was D&C done? when were your last menstrual periods? How often do you get the periods and how long do the periods last? Are you currently on any medicines? Do you have any other symptoms? Please send these details. This will help in finding the cause. A pelvic ultrasound will also help finding cause.
Mostly you need to get evaluated by gynecologist.

Regards,
Dr Vaishalee
