Question: Good Morning Doctor,
Below is my complete case details please read in detail. I am sorry I am asking this question once again.
I am a 28 year old guy working in an MNC a sexually active person. On 1st October 2015 I had a risky exposure a brief unprotected sex with a CSW post which I got scared and did the following tests.

1.4th Generation Test after 7 weeks.

2. 4th Generation test after 12 weeks.

3 4th Generation test after 22 weeks.

4. 4th Generation test after 25 weeks.

5. 4th Generation test after 28 weeks.

All these reports came negative. I don't do drugs at all neither I donate blood technically I haven't risked myself with a CSW again now below is my major concern.

1. On 23rd April 2016 I had unprotected sex with my Fiancee. Technically she has not tested herself but she has never ever risked herself either. Before this I had sex with her four months ago, after my 28th week test I was convinced that I am not infected but after this incident I got the doubt again. My heart knows she is not infected but my mind say I should again get tested.

Q2. Honestly doctor please help is my case psychological problem why am i unable to control this fear and thought.

Q3. Do you think I should get myself tested again?? Also please help me with the accuracy of 4th generation test percentage wise as follows
Test Accuracy after 8 days of low risk exposure:- How much percentage
Test Accuracy after 14 days of low risk exposure:- How much percentage
Test Accuracy after 21 days of low risk exposure:- How much percentage

Doctor please me with detailed answers I am very stressed because of this

you are overthinking it. do not be worried

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I did went through your query in detail and I also went through the previous 2 questions you asked to other doctors on this site.
4 negative tests of 4th generation that too latest one from 28 weeks post exposure is a very very sure thing that you are not having any infection nor you are a carrier to transmit it to your fiance.
You are way past beyond the window period and infective period of HIV and even the test results after that are showing negative results.
Its like a healthy person doing tests for the diseases which are not present in the first place. It is bound to come negative even if you do it 1000 times.
You have to just accept it that you are healthy and not infected, put this incidence in the past and move ahead in life. If you are paranoid about this even after like 6 months about it, you are going to ruin things for your upcoming life and your future wife.
All tests have come negative, be 200% assured that you are not infected. You do not need to repeat the tests ever again.
Post exposure 25 weeks and 28 weeks are negative which are 100% reliable. And you do have to trust these reports.
Do not spend another minute or another XXXXXXX worrying about it. Just forget it and move ahead.
I hope this advice will be helpful to you.
If you have any questions kindly ask me back.
Thank you
