Question: Please tell me what this could be iv asked other doctors on here as well just tring to get few opinions cuz no one thinks just the same
Roughly 3 month ago i had an episode of not being able to get enough air and it felt like someone was squeezing something in my chest i was in the shower at the time so i dont no if i was sweating but i got really dizzy and light headed i felt like i was going to pass out ot lasted about 1 minute then it was over. Before the attack i had heart palpations but no others problems. Since the attack iv had other symptoms occur not at the same time and they came one at a time. At first i was just short of breath that hasnt changed im always short of breath now, i was getting headaches more often for a while but now they let up. My palpations come more often at least 2-3 times a day now but my heart beat is inconsistent now sometimes its normal then it can just pick up i counted them the other week one time my heart had been beating fast for about 5-6 hours at about 150 beats a minute it started Christmas day an hour after dinner i started feeling really shaky light headed and dizzy then i had to go dump the XXXXXXX bones down by our woods line it wasnt very far maybe 500 feet from our house to down there and by the time i got back i was so out of breath i couldnt talk and felt like i might pass out. My heart beat fast even when i was resting for a few hours after that but the sick spell only lasted around an hour. Since the first attack i was looking at stuff on line thought it might have been a mild heart but u let me no what u think cuz im no professional. Iv been weak and short of breath all the even going up my steps is hard and there's only ten of them when i get up from sitting or laying down i get dizzy and/light headed. I have trouble keeping my balance now i stumble a lot and sometimes i slur my words when talking that happened to day i had trouble reading with out slurring the words i dont eat as much now bit ad some weight gain. Just the last couple days iv only peed a couple times 2 days ago i went from 10am to 6pm till i had the urge to go. The other day i only went a couple times durning the day but when i laid down with in 3 hours i peed 3 times 2 of thous times my bladder was full the last time it wasn't quite full almost but not quite it hasn't happened like that any other night. Iv had trouble thinking and keeping track of my days iv always had some issues but since the attack its goten worse. My right ear lobe is swelled now dont no if that means anything or now. My chest often feels full like theres water in there i thought my belly looked biger the othrr day but maybe that was just me im obeist too but iv always been big. Please give me ur opinion of what is please dont just referre me to a doctor others have already done that and i really doing want to c a doctor. I cant think of anyother symtoms right now thou im sure iv forgotten some ill let u no if i remember any
