Thank you for posting a query.

Firstly, in our today’s life, gastric problem is the most common problem. It may occur due to stress in your professional life, fast food, irregular food habit, and lastly, H.pylori infection of stomach.

You have to do the followings
1.     Do some aerobics to get relieved from stress.
2.     Take some light food every 2 hr.
3.     Avoid fast food.
4.     Take a nutritious, balanced diet.
5.     Avoid smoking and alcohol.
6.     You have to take a lansoprazole 30 mg drug at morning before breakfast.
7.     You can take any enzyme solution before every meal.
8.     Consult with a gastroenterologist for a thorough clinical examination, ordering any investigation if required and if clinically indicates for prescribing suitable anti H pylori prophylaxis drugs.

Hope this information suffices. Let me know, if you have any more question.
