Question: i have Mylofabroces. i suffer from general weakness from poor blood quality.

can i improve my blood . can i reduce my aneama??

Anaemia in case of myelofibrosis is a common problem. Since there is scarring of bone marrow, blood cells are not properly replaced.
To treat the anemia, periodic blood transfusions are needed.
Other treatments include androgen therapy and immunomodulatory drugs like thalidomide. You need to discuss these options with your physician and start with the appropriate treatment.
