Brief Answer:
Homeopathy is not a branch of medicine, it is pseudoscience.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ms Himanshi,

Thank you for posting your query on Ask A Doctor Service.

I waited 3 days for some homeopath to pick your question and answer, but unfortunately no one seems to have any courage to answer your question.

The issue is, homeopathy is not science, it is pseudoscience, the principle of homeopathy is flawed and unscientific to put it mildly.

Your problem of a black moles that are increasing in numbers over the past 2-3 years is worrisome and needs to be properly evaluated.

Please consult a dermatologist and get a biopsy done to rule out any cancer like lesions.

New and increasing moles should not be ignored.

For your information I am giving you some links here from official reports on the uselessness/harm of believing in such pseudoscience.
