Brief Answer:
Being XXXXXXX is a very good sign of a lump.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in "Ask a Doctor" service.

I carefully read your query and here is my advice:
- A lump being XXXXXXX is a very good sign, generally the "bad" lumps are not XXXXXXX and in those cases further investigation is needed.
- other good signs of a lump are: smooth surface, soft to touch (not hard), less than 2 cm in size

In your case, if 2 doctors have examined you and they think it is adipose tissue and they are not concerned about a lymphnode, I would say very likely there is nothing to worry as this is quite reassuring.

If you still want to know for sure what the lumps are then you may ask for an ultrasound examination, it is cheap, easily accessible and gives enough information on lumps.

I hope this answers to your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
