Question: i feel one small lump under skin just to the right of backbone.location of lump at almost half the length of back.is this some fatty tissue or something more serious i should worry?

It’s a benign growth of fat tissue located over your back.
Keep a close watch over it.
It if the mass suddenly increases in size, changes in color, bleeds then consult a physician.
It it remains the same size and is asymptomatic, then there is no reason to worry.
