Question: I am having what seems to be bladder pressure especially when I sit down and slow urination start. I have felt constipated the past couple days but that seems to have gone away. Im a 30 year old male.

Urine flow is normally better in sitting position, as abdominal muscles help in pressing the bladder.
Try keeping bowels smooth for a week or so and see if the flow improves. If not, you need medical advice.
