Father-in-law suffering from mild hepatomegaly, lost apetite, weak. Please advice.

HI, my father in law is suffering from mild hepatomegaly which shown in his sonography report. He is not able appitiate much from last two months ..also feeling very weak...plz advise me abt this ...

1] What is the age of your father in law ?
2] Is he having any history of alcohol consumption?
3] Is he having any medical history like Diabetes or blood pressure ?
4] Is he currently on any medications ?
5] Why did you go for the ultrasound report any specific reason or a random checkup?

Do you have any blood reports like Liver function test with you?

Information You Required..

1] What is the age of your father in law ?
Around 57 Yrs
2] Is he having any history of alcohol consumption?
NO
3] Is he having any medical history like Diabetes or blood pressure ?
No..Report show..NO Such Things
4] Is he currently on any medications ?
yes , he is advised to take theses medicines .LIVERIL FORTY , NAUSIFAN,PANTOP-D
5] Why did you go for the ultrasound report any specific reason or a random checkup?
As per the Doctor request and he recommonder for C T scan...

Thanks for your followup query

Loss of appetite is due to liver disease

A mild hepatomegaly without any other finding needs further evaluation

You should go for a Liver function test ,A complete blood count

Get back with these reports and I will try to help you out
