Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your husband has white discharge from his penis during bowel movements .

The white discharge that he is getting is an excessive secretion of the Urethral Glands located around the urethra which gets expelled during bowel movements due to increased intra abdominal pressure and nothing to be worried about

As regards warm semen that he ejaculates during ejaculation is normal and differs from person to person as per his body metabolism and does not have any clinical significance.

As The cancer of the prostate is not hereditary, he should not worry about it at all.

Hope I have answered your query.
Please feel free to ask if you have any more questions I shall be happy to help you.
Thanks with Regards.

Hello
Thanks for follow up.
There is no obvious reason for excessive secretion but one of the causes is if the person is sexually over active can get excessive secretion of these glands.
Thanks and Regards.
